Koi Types
Tancho Sanke
Tancho Sanke are nice, they are like the Tancho Kohaku, but
they have more color. Just like any Tancho,
the only Hi coloration should
be on the Maruten spot, in between the eyes. The sumi should be balanced
and spaced
evenly, just like a regular Taisho Sanshoku (Sanke). Also, the
sumi should not be touching the Hi.

The Tancho Mystique:
The Tancho Koi, the ones with a nice head pattern, are one of the Japanese'
favorite types of Koi.
It is because this pattern looks like their national flag and
the red
crowned crane (Grus japonensis). Every Koi collector needs at least
one Tancho in their collection.
