Asagi
Asagi are one of the original types of Koi. This is
evident with their coloration, red and blue/grey.
When looking at an
asagi, the red (hi) should be even on both sides and the grey scales shouldn't
have
any flaws.
The Asagi Coloration:
The Asagi grey pattern almost looks like real metal armor. It is called a
net pattern. It will darken
if you have
hard water. If you have hard water, try to look for one
that is lighter than usual.
